Welcome to Calovine Farm!
We specialize in the breeding and sale of purebred St.
Croix and St. Augustine hybrid sheep. St. Croix sheep are
bred exclusively for meat, and not wool. In fact, this
rare breed of hair sheep has no wool, and sheds its winter
coat in the spring. St. Croix sheep are thought to have
originated on the continent of Africa and were brought to
the Virgin Island on slave ships. For more information,

Calovine Farm is conveniently located in Williston,
Florida just 17 miles northwest of Ocala and 21 miles
southwest of Gainesville. We welcome your interest in meat
